Labor and social security legal business is one of our traditional strengths and we are specialized in:

 

Practice areas

1. Acting as an agent for employers or laborers to conduct labor dispute arbitration, litigation and execution;

2. Serving as the perennial legal advisor of enterprises and public institutions to guide and assist in labor and HR management, including legal guidance on the recruitment and management of overage/internship/dispatched personnel and other special groups;

3. Formulating and revising labor contract and relevant rules and regulations for enterprises and public institutions, especially rewards and punishments system, remuneration system, non-competition and non-disclosure system, so as to effectively link labor and HR management system with business management system and financial system, balance the interests of the state, the unit and the employees in terms of social insurance and individual income tax, and timely revise and perfect them with the changes of laws and policies, so as to minimize the possibility of labor disputes;

4. Providing the service of special legal advisors and participating in consultation, mediation and negotiation when the unit is facing important changes such as relocation, withdrawal, large-scale lay-off, or emergency situations such as labor administrative supervision; guiding or reviewing the unit's personnel reduction, dismissal and resettlement according to law to avoid group events initiated by employees against the unit and adverse arbitration litigation;

5. Conducting legal training on labor and social security for unit managers or employees. Choosing applicable legal contents and suitable means for the training for different training objects, training time and training purposes.
