Land Law Research Center
The Land Law Research Center is directly established by China Commercial Law Firm's headquarters, with participation from its Beijing, Quanzhou, Nanning, Qinhuangdao, Zhengzhou, Nanjing, and other branches, as the research and development base for "land law-related legal service products". The research center currently has nearly twenty professional lawyers with a strong theoretical foundation and extensive practical experience, with many of them having had long-term work experience in departments related to land acquisition, land transfer, mineral resource management, spatial planning, land use control, natural resource survey and rights confirmation, geological environment and ecological restoration, as well as oversight and law enforcement. The research center's scope covers various aspects of land law and policy, including land use planning, land transfer and conveyance, land requisition and compensation, and land dispute resolution. At the same time, the research center also focuses on other fields closely related to land law, such as the development and construction of real estate and rural revitalization projects, development and construction of agriculture, industry, and reconstruction areas, as well as the development, utilization, protection of forestry, mining, and other natural resources, and environmental protection.
